Payment Options
We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Logan 14 Gift Cards. We no longer accept service payments in cash and do not break change in the salon. Aveda gift cards not accepted in salon only valid at Aveda retail stores or online at aveda.com.
Cancelation Policy
All appointments require a card on file in order to book, there is no charge to the card on file at the time of booking (cards on file may be used at check out or you can use another card of your choice). All Salon and Spa service have a 24 hour cancelation policy with same day cancelations, reschedules, or no shows resulting in a half charge of the services booked to the card on file. All Medspa appointments have a cancelation window of 48 hours before a $50 penalty is charged or a session is revoked in the case of laser hair removal packages.
