-We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Logan 14 Gift Cards. We no longer accept service payments in cash and do not break change in the salon. Aveda gift cards not accepted in salon only valid at Aveda retail stores or online at aveda.com.
24 hour cancelation
-All appointments require a card on file in order to book, there is no charge to the card on file at the time of booking (cards on file may be used at check out or you can use another card of your choice). All Salon and Spa services have a 24 hour cancelation policy with same day cancelations, reschedules, or no shows resulting in a half charge of the services booked to the card on file.
-A $100 deposit is required for all medspa + hourly color bookings due to the nature of these appointments and the value of the service provider's time. These deposits do go towards the total of your service. These deposits are fully refundable up to 48 hours before your appointment.
-If you are late to your service we reserve the right to reschedule. If there is time to accommodate you we may or may not be able to complete all parts of the service.
Hair color policies
-All prices listed are starting prices and are subject to change based on consultation. Please be aware that depending on expectations additional services may need to be added to attain desired results. We reserve the right to charge additional fees up to $35 for extra length or density as your service may require more time or product. If your new growth exceeds 6 weeks you may require an additional or different service. If the color desired can not be accomplished in time allotted we retain the right to reschedule.
-We do accept returns on unused products up to 2 weeks after the date of purchase. If the product is used or you are unsatisfied you may reach out to Aveda customer service at 800-328-0849.
-If you are unsatisfied with your service please give the salon a call within 72 hours of your initial service or email photos highlighting your concerns to firstname.lastname@example.org and someone from our management team will reach out to you.
-Please read service descriptions thoroughly before booking. If you have booked yourself incorrectly we reserve the right to charge for the time taken up on the book which could be more than the value of the service provided.
