PAYMENT OPTIONS
We do not offer children’s pricing.
We accept all major credit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Logan 14 Gift Cards. We offer Cherry for flexible payments in our Medspa. We accept tips in cash or Venmo. Aveda gift cards are not accepted in the salon and are only valid at Aveda retail stores or online at aveda.com.
CANCELLATION AND DEPOSIT POLICY
All appointments require a card on file in order to book; nothing is charged to the card on file at the time of booking. Cards on file may be used at check out, or you can use cash or another card of your choice for payment.
All Salon and Spa services require 24-hour notice for cancelation or rescheduling. Same-day cancelations, reschedules, or no-shows will result in a half-charge of the services booked to the card on file. Exceptions will only be made for extreme circumstances based on management’s discretion.
Any Hair Service priced at $300 or above will require a 25% deposit. The deposit is refundable up to 24 hours before your appointment. If you no-show, reschedule, or cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the appointment time, this deposit will be put toward the half charge for missed appointments.
Hourly bookings (hair color and/or hair extension services) and MedSpa services require a deposit and 48-hour notice for cancelation or rescheduling. If you no-show, reschedule, or cancel your appointment within 48 hours of the appointment time, you forfeit the total deposit amount.
All Hourly bookings will require a $200 deposit that will go towards the total of your service at check out. The deposit is refundable up to 48 hours before your appointment. If you no-show, reschedule, or cancel your appointment within 48 hours of the appointment time, you forfeit the total deposit amount.
MedSpa bookings will require a 20% deposit that will go towards the total of your service at check out. The deposit is refundable up to 48 hours before your appointment. If you no-show, reschedule, or cancel your appointment within 48 hours of the appointment time, you forfeit the total deposit amount.
LATE POLICY
If you are late to your service we reserve the right to reschedule. If there is time to accommodate you we may or may not be able to complete all parts of the service.
HAIR COLOR POLICIES
All prices listed are starting prices and are subject to change based on consultation. Please be aware that depending on expectations and service needs, more time and product may be needed. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time based on the length and density of the hair, stylist experience level, or other technical factors that affect the final outcome. Results vary and color may appear different on different services. If the intended result is not achieved in one visit, it may take several sessions.
RETURN POLICY
We do accept returns on unused products up to 2 weeks after the date of purchase. If the product is used or you are dissatisfied you may reach out to Aveda customer service at: 800-328-0849.
REDO POLICY
If you are dissatisfied with your service please give the salon a call within 72 hours of your initial service or email photos highlighting your concerns to: info@logan14salonspa.com and a manager or team member will reach out to you.
ONLINE BOOKING
Service prices are listed when browsing booking tools. If you have questions about services or need to reserve with a specific provider, we recommend calling the front desk directly. Online bookings are requests and must be confirmed by the salon. If we are unable to accommodate the request there may be a fee if your request does not get your service with us.
CREDIT CARD FEE NOTICE
We add a 3% surcharge on all credit card transactions.
This fee is equal to and no more than we pay for credit card processing.
Debit card transactions will not incur this fee.
