Is the consultation really free?

Yes — and we mean actually free. No minimum spend, no prepaid package, no "new clients only" fine print, and no card when you book or when you arrive. Some med spas call a sales appointment a "free consult." Ours is 30 minutes with Teneille and a written plan, and it costs $0 for everyone, every time.

Do I have to book a treatment at the consult?

No. Many guests book their consult just to get information and pricing. You'll leave with a written plan you can think over.
